I have found a home for my CPR training in Spring, TX and will start accepting students March 1, 2018. BLS classes and First Aid training can be registered for at https://www.encorecpr.com. The maximum class size is 7 and for the month of March, your training is only $45 for BLS certification. So jump on the computer or cell phone and register today.

The online class schedule is as follows:

The Men's Final Four NCAA Pre-Game Event, Championship and a host of basketball legends will be here to commentate on the statistics, referee legitimacy and pass and play predictions.  This Saturday the first game kicks off between Oklahoma and Villanova, while on Monday the second game will score a win between Syracuse and North Carolina. Well we wanted to get in on some of the fun too! Tennis Anyone?!

Public Health Announcement!!

Every so often I will need a healthy outlet and I frequent the Hutcheson Park on Lockwood Drive to hit a few balls. If you are in the area and would like to warm up with me, go through a few drills and have a nice circuit training session over the drills we introduced for the day, please come out Thursday and Saturday mornings from 8am-9am. Before you know it  we'll have a community of tennis lovers volleying for their health. Running is ok, but tennis is fun for all! Hope to see you out there. Bring a tennis racket and a winning personality!

Yoga on the Plaza provides an opportunity for participants to connect with their body and breath while enjoying the calm-invoking atmosphere of the Reflecting Pool on the grounds of the Rothko Chapel.

Instructors from Bayou Bliss Yoga will lead a 60-minute invigorating practice of yoga postures. This practice focuses on building strength and flexibility through a sequence of flowing postures, followed by meditation.

Guests should bring a towel, yoga mat, and water. The event will be canceled in case of inclement weather.
